As the founder of Headway Coaching, I bring a decade of experience in HR leadership, business strategy, and talent development within global organisations. I've worked across industries and functions, coaching leaders and driving strategic change to build high-performing teams and future-ready businesses.
My journey into Headway started with a bold decision to step away from the corporate world. I wanted to explore new perspectives, challenge myself, and gain deeper clarity on what truly drives me. That experience reaffirmed my passion: helping others navigate change, take meaningful steps forward, and create the careers and lives they want.
Throughout my HR career, I was always drawn to the human side of business, coaching executives, developing talent, and guiding individuals through career transitions. Now, through Headway Coaching, I channel that experience into something even more personal: helping you break through challenges, build confidence, and create real momentum in your life and career.
My coaching is shaped by real-world experience, not just theory. Living and working in multiple countries, most recently settling in Barcelona, Spain, has given me a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and the unique paths we all take. I've also traveled to over 40 countries, immersing myself in different cultures and seeing firsthand how different people approach growth, resilience, and success. Coaching allows me to share those insights, helping my clients break through limitations and redefine what's possible for them.
Beyond my professional journey, I make it a priority to invest in my own physical and mental well-being. Years of playing team sports, tackling fitness challenges, and coaching others have reinforced the importance of resilience, discipline, and mindset. I know what it takes to push through obstacles, challenge self-doubt, and stay committed to personal and professional growth. These values shape my coaching approach: practical, action-focused, and built for real impact.
